What do I need to have for the appointment?
State issued driver’s license, state issued identification card, US Passport, or US Passport card. Inquire with us if you have other government issued ID besides these 4 to see if it qualifies as acceptable identification.

ORI Number or OCA Number - This is provided by the employer
How long does the appointment take?
In most cases, the entire process can be completed within 10-15 minutes
How long does it take for my background to be processed?
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) run the background check and results are typically returned within 3-5 business days
How can I check the status of my results?
You are provided a TCN number that you can check on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) website. AHCA customers have a portal login they can use to check the results. Both links are provided above.
We will proactively search for your results starting business day 3 and contact you once your results are posted
How much does it cost?
The cost is based on the ORI number. Please contact us to obtain pricing for your set of fingerprints
Do I have to take a picture?
Yes, the process requires a photo at the time of the fingerprinting as part of the identity verification process
What payments do you accept?
We prefer Zelle, cash and business checks
We do NOT accept personal checks
